Course description:
For this project the client wanted an eLearning course to replace a live, classroom lesson. In the classroom setting the instructor/facilitator would guide the students through a worksheet.
The challenge was to duplicate the in-person guidance usually given by the facilitator, in the online, self-paced environment?
Solution:
Starting with material provided by SME’s, I duplicated the worksheet used in the classroom. With animation and audio narration, the course takes the learner through the worksheet step by step. With each example, the learner fills out the worksheet, with hints and help from the narration. By the last example, the learner is able to complete the worksheet on their own. The lesson also includes several optional practice worksheets if the learner feels they need more practice.
